An affogato (Italian for ‘drowned’) is an Italian coffee-based dessert. It takes the form of a scoop of vanilla ice cream topped or “drowned” with a shot of Galliano espresso.

30 ml Galliano Espresso
1 scoop of Vanilla Ice cream

1 oz Galliano Espresso
1 scoop of Vanilla Ice cream
